Shipping Policy

All processing time varies. Check your order email for more accurate estimates. Remember, delivery day estimates are just an estimate made by the postal service. Once I hand the package off, it is out of my control on when it gets delivered unfortunately.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout also I offer a "Rush My Order" listing that gets your order moved to the front of my orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygienic and health reasons, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on ANY order.

Please make sure to either accurately measure your nails or to get your nail sizing kit to be sure of sizes to avoid any inconvenience.

If needed, you are able to order single replacement nails for any reason instead of buying a complete new set.

Cancellation Policy

I can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order. If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, I am so sorry but I can not cancel it. All orders are made to order, that means I hand make EVERY set as soon as they are ordered. I do not pre make any nails.
